Terms & Conditions of Sale:  All orders are shipped F.O.B. El Monte, California.

 

Prepaid and add for freight is an available option, please contact Customer Service for exact rates that would apply to the order.

 

New account orders are shipped C.O.D.: cash or money order, unless a credit line has been approved.

 

A late payment charge on all past due balances of 2% per month, 24% annually, will be accrued plus any collection fees.

 

Payment Terms: Net 30 Days

 

Credit Card Payments:  Any credit card payment will have a 2% transaction fee.

 

Damaged Shipments:  It is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the carrier within 7 days after taking receipt of any damaged goods.  Decoflame USA will not be held responsible for any goods damaged while in transit to the consignee.

 

For UPS claims of shortages or damages, customer must notify UPS immediately and ask for the UPS inspector to evaluate the damaged products before returning to factory for credit.

 

Claims:  Please notify us promptly of any discrepancy in shipment or invoice.  We will not recognize any claims that were not brought to our attention within ONE WEEK of receipt of merchandise.

 

Returns:  A Returned Merchandise Authorization number must be obtained prior to the return of merchandise.  Merchandise cannot be returned without authorization.  Shipping charges for merchandise returned to the factory must be paid by the customer.  Items accepted for return may be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.

 

THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RETURNED MERCHANDISE. IT MUST BE PROPERLY RE-PACKAGED.  

 

CONCEALED DAMAGE CLAIMS MUST BE FILED WITH THE RESPECTIVE CARRIER IMMEDIATELY.
